At Liquid Luxe, we want you to experience the maximum enjoyment and pleasure from our candles. We take great pride in crafting them only using the finest of quality ingredients and materials. However, it’s very important that our customers remember to burn candles responsibly to ensure their safe use.

Please follow these simple guidelines:

- Remove all excess packaging before lighting your candle.

- Always light your candle on a heat-resistant surface to prevent damage.

- Keep wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches or any other foreign objects, this is considered as combustible material that may cause a potential fire hazard.

- Burn candles indoors, away from drafts, other heat sources and any flammable objects or materials.

- If smoking occurs, extinguish the candle safely, trim the wick to ¼ inch before re-lighting, remove trimmings and re-light.

- Keep burning candles within sight at all times.

- Do not move candles whilst they are lit.

- Handle with care, these vessels are fragile and become hot once lit and need time to cool down before moving. Do not use if cracked, chipped or scratched. Do not refill with wax.

- To minimise wax left on the sides of the container, we recommend a burn time of 4 hours at a time, this is to ensure a complete melt pool has been achieved and to prevent tunnelling from occurring.

- Extinguish safely.

Fragrance & Wick Information:

Here at Liquid Luxe our fragrances are of premium grade and we strive to be able to provide each customer with complete satisfaction with each order. Our wicks have been designed to work particulary well with natural waxes such as our soy wax. These wicks are lead and zinc-free with enhanced burning properties giving you the most out of your candle.

Storing Candles:

Candles are sensitive to light and temperature, be careful and considerate when storing them for any extended period of time. Store candles in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent melting.

Cleaning Candles & Spillages:

Keep your wick always trimmed to ¼ inch to prevent any smoke when lighting candles. We strongly suggest you seek professional advice from cleaning experts such as carpet cleaners or furniture refinishers.

Burn Times:

Please remember to only burn your candle for a minimum of 2 hours and maximum of 4 hours at any time.
